Processing time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your custom order to be made and prepared for shipping.
Shipping time: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
